About Cara
Cara enjoys working with clients of all ages. She has a passion for working with individuals in the criminal justice system and regularly goes to various jails to complete substance use evaluations. She has experience working with individuals with a variety of concerns, such as addiction, life stressors, relationship problems, and grief.
Cara utilizes a blend of person-centered, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing while working with clients.
Cara is the owner of Cara Leader Counseling LLC.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Addiction Counseling and Prevention from the University of South Dakota in 2023.
