OUR SERVICES

Substance Abuse Group Therapy

Recovering Together: Family Group Therapy

A therapeutic process group where family and friends of individuals who struggle with substance abuse come together to share experiences, gain support, and learn coping strategies.

This therapeutic approach provides a safe and structured environment for family members to enhance their understanding of addiction and its impact on family dynamics, express emotions, and develop healthy communication skills. These sessions help to gain mutual support, enhance family resilience, and promote healing for the whole family.

The group meets every Wednesday at 6:00 PM.

Recovering Together: Continuing Care Group Therapy

For individuals recovering from addiction focus on providing ongoing support and skill reinforcement after initial intensive treatment.

These sessions are typically one hour long and involve a structured yet flexible format where participants check in, discuss specific recovery-related topics, share personal experiences, and engage in therapeutic exercises.

The group meets every Wednesday at 7:15 PM.

What Our Patients Are Saying

  • I loved small group at Valley Hope and this is a continuance of that! Small group honestly helped me the most with recovery, and I knew that any chance I could continue my recovery in a similar way "out in the real world" I should do it. I'm so glad I did. It helps hold me accountable.

    Karlynn M.

  • I have been a part of the group since it first started and have regularly attended. I believe that my participation in the group has been a critical part in me staying sober and reaching one year of sobriety.

    Eric L.
