Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

An evidenced-based psychotherapy modality that is meant to assist people with mindfulness, gain emotion management skills, develop a diverse toolbox of coping skills to manage stressors, and develop skills to strengthen relationships with others.

By taking a dialectical approach this group validates the thoughts, feelings and experiences of its members and helps members improve their behaviors in order to improve their quality of life.

Mindful Connections

This is an open entry group, with a recommended 6-month commitment. This gives you the opportunity to improve your skills as you work to be the best version of yourself. The group is facilitated by Lori Steffen, PLMHP, PLCSW, who has been trained in DBT by the Behavioral Tech Institute.
